Tony de Soto

Since he founded de Soto & Associates Architects, Inc. in 1975, Mr. de Soto has been commissioned to perform services for over 2400 architectural projects on an extensive variety of project programs, sizes, complexities, and budgets. He has handled projects from initial design programming to grand opening in locations throughout the United States. He holds active or NCARB reciprocal registration capability in 48 states.

In addition to multi-family, residential, low rise and high rise, and industrial parks, some of his clients include national firms in food and flower distribution, freight forwarding, airlines and transportation industries.

Mr. de Soto has been a developer on several of his own projects ranging from multi-story condominiums and office buildings to recreation properties and single family residential projects. We remain cognizant of the time/money/ budget constraints that all developers, builders, contractors and real estate entrepreneurs face in the development of a project. We understand and comply with your project requirements and on-time delivery of the design and the drawings.

Mr. de Soto, as Principal Architect, will personally be involved with the client during all aspects of the project design process.
